The product must be purchased from our official website.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and include all original packaging, tags and accessories.
Customers may initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Returns will be accepted for the following reasons:
Defect or Damage: If the product has manufacturing defects or damages, we will accept the return and provide a full refund or replacement without additional charges.
Incorrect Product: If the product received differs from the product ordered, we will accept the return and provide a full refund or replacement
To initiate a return:
For online purchases, contact our customer support team to request a return.
Our customer support team will arrange for a pick up of the jewellery from the location where the product was delivered based on your availability.
The customer will have to create and share video while packing the goods at the time of return. The same needs to be shared on care@tinytiaraa.com.
The logistics person will pack the jewellery and the documents in a tamper proof bag under customers presence at the time of pick up of the parcel.
Once the product is returned at out office, the product will be inspected by our team to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
If the return request is approved, customers may choose between having a full refund or a replacement product.
The following products are not eligible for return:
Jewellery that is not manufactured by Tiny Tiaraa.
Customized or personalized jewellery with specific engravings or alterations requested by the customer will be taken back after deducting 25% of the invoice value.
Products that are missing original invoice, packaging, certificates or tags.
Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.
